We are a new company in the manufacturing and design of swimwear and lingerie, based in South Africa, and are going to provide the market with good quality lingerie, underwear and swimwear, specializing in the larger/ plus size ladies. A registered trademark has been established and we will manufacture and distribute under this brand â € “ Private Matter.

The current lingerie collection consists of 20 styles, designed for the fuller figure ( our entry to the market) , but we are planning to include standard sizes, children and menâ € ™ s underwear and swimwear during 2008.

Distribution is by means of the opening our own brand stores, selling to specialized underwear shops, including exporting. We might be willing to manufacture for other brands, depending on the need and requirements as we focus on high quality products. We are planning to be ready for manufacturing by August 2007. However, in the mean time, we need to test our garments, fabric, quality, fit etc.

The reason why we are contacting your company is because we are in the process of compiling samples of good quality raw materials ( i.e. elastic, lace, wires, fabric etc) needed to manufacture the sample/ demo collection for both quality testing and marketing purposes. We would like to request some samples for testing purposes. In the construction of our sample/ test/ demo collection, we want to test your products together with our designs.

Is it possible to order a small quantity of the products so that we can construct the garment and test your products?

Can you also send us information regarding quality testing and approved standards of the products selected i.e. tests done that endorse the quality.

Please let us know if it is possible to have some samples send to us in the quantities and colors indicated or inform us of your process. Also include the cost involved for these sample products.

Can you also include relevant information regarding the selected product as well as the latest price, quality and minimum order details?
