Specified Contractors and Development Inc. ( SCDI) , as its name suggests, is a general contractor and developer geared toward meeting specific needs and the increasing demand of the country’ s construction industry. Formerly known as E.O. Olonan Enterprises in 1975, it was incorporated in 1982, changing its name to Specified Contractors Inc. Since then, the company has grown rapidly. With its continuing growth, it expanded its line of business to include Land and Property Development. Thus, in 1994, it assumed the name Specified Contractors and Development Inc., to reflect its broadened scope. SCDI is classified as a Triple A licensed contractor by PCAB ( Philippine Contractors and Accreditation Board) . This is the highest classification for licensed building and engineering contractors in the Philippines. | ||
