Application: Suitable for the trimming of medium-sized oil seals.
Features:
1. It is specially used for oil seals O.D.Ø 50mm~ Ø 110mm( vibratory conveyor is unable to work.) , adopts auto delivering system and work by the mechanical arm to clamp and feed seals, then both inner and outer diameter can be trimmed
simultaneously. One operator can operate 3-4 sets of machine at a time to cut down the manufacture cost.
2. Operation system: Manual delivering -> auto clamping by mechanical arm -> auto feeding -> roation -> trimming -> stop -> auto offload working pieces( by mechanical arm) .
3.Trimming Range: Outer Diameter Ø 50-Ø 110mm
4.Working Capacity: 12-18 PCS/ min
