Cat 5e & Cat 6e

Cables for high speed data transmission digital & analog voice and video signal of lens. Operates at band width up to 100 MHz Cat 5e and 250 MHz Cat 6e cables are used meeting the requirement EIA/ TIA 568B.2 specification

Construction of Cable:

1. Conductor : Annealed Bare electrolytic Copper, Solid/ Stranded Conductors
24AWG size for Cat 5e and 23 AWG size for Cat 6e .
2. Insulation : High Density Polyethylene

3. Pairing : Two Cores are twisted to form a pair. The lay of the pairs are chosen
to minimize the cross talk and structural return loss ( SRL) . The four
pairs are further laid up. A separator between pairs is inserted in
CAT 6e cable to minimize cross talk between pairs at high
frequencies.

4. Colour coding of Pairs: Pair 1 -WHITE-BLUE / BLUE
Pair 2 -WHITE-ORANGE / ORANGE
Pair 3 -WHITE-GREEN / GREEN
Pair 4 -WHITE-BROWN / BROWN

5. Sheath : PVC, FR PVC , FRLS PVC

6. Printing : At every meter with sequential marking.

7. Rip Cord : PP/ Polyester

8. Packing : 100 mtrs. Coils/ 305 mtrs. wooden reels/ 305 mtrs. tangle free cartoons

9. Shielding : FTP- Aluminium mylar and polyester tape with ATC drain wire
in contact with Aluminium tape.
STP- Aluminium mylar tape with Copper/ Alloy braiding with 96%
+ coverage with/ without drain wire.
