MaMao (Mao) is famous agroforestry fruit original from PhuPhan mountain SaKonNaKorn Province. Normally, MaMao flower blooming during march-may and ripening during august-september.
MaMao Useful:

1.Unripe MaMao (Green Color) - eat like somtam (payaya salad)

2. Ripen MaMao (Red Color - Black Red Color) Sweet & a little bit sour taste - eat like fresh fruit.

3. MaMao fruit - Good for eye improvement.

5. MaMao processing such as wine, juice concentrate, paste, jam, pre-mix food natural color.
