Phindex, Inc. has developed a unique internet-based payment system which renders full control to the two parties of the transaction. In the same way sensitive information is encrypted requiring two keys to decipher, Source Authenticationâ „ ¢ Technology ( patent pending) allows the secure transfer of payment, using source and receiver keys for account access. A transaction begins with payment information reaching Phindex, which in turn transfers the requested funds from the buyers account to a secured holding account, and e-mails the seller and buyer two unique 8-digit keys, both of which are needed to access the secured funds. When the customer releases his or her key, the funds are automatically transferred to the seller for immediate access. This method provides a true fair-exchange solution, while virtually eliminating fraud. Phindexâ „ ¢ provides merchants with guaranteed payment, while consumers enjoy security, privacy, and control. User' s account information cannot be accessed by the merchant, or by any other third-party. This dynamic system simplifies and expedites payments.
