We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Monosodium Glutamate ( MSG) in Thailand, under Thai-Japanese joint-venture cooperation, the brand name of ‘ AJINOTAKARA’ , Mountain Trade Mark. The company was established in 1992. At present the registered capital reaches US$ 17.5 million, and the company has been operation consistently ever since. We continue to expand in both domestic and international markets. MSG is the flavor enhancer which has been widely used as an effective means of making food taste great. ‘ AJINOTAKARA’ MSG is wholly made from natural raw materials: sugarcane and tapioca, guaranteed for its purity, non GMOs. The quality standard of ‘ AJINOTAKARA’ is well recognized by both consumers and food processors. It is certified by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute ( TISI) , Food and Drug Association ( FDA) , Ministry of Public Health, and the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand ‘ Halal’ .
