Roll forming machine

The base frame consists of a sturdy welded steel construction with machine surface for setting up of the individual rapid-exchange frame.

The reduction gear between motor and central drive is also part of the base frame.

D.C drive :

The drive unit is reducing gear with flanged D.C motor.

The complete gear is mounted on a bracket at the rear of the machine support.

Power transmission from motor to the rapid exchange frame is effected via hardened toothed wheels actuating laterally and situated externally.
