Membrane Separation Nitrogen Producing System adopts the famous PRISM membrane separator in the world to separate air. The Prism separator consists of millions of hollow fiber, each fiber' s diameter is similar with human hair. As with different solubility and coefficient of diffusion, different gases have different relative infiltration velocities when air passing through the high polymer membrane. So it makes the gas with relatively rapid infiltration velocity such as oxygen and water vapor infiltrates out of the membrane, then the dry nitrogen is produced.
