BRIEFING ON MY PERSONAL RECORD I' m 74 years old, partially retired, widower - 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I' m now operating in the international market as a sole business consultant. I have a variegated background. By Swedish standards, I was a construction and interior design architect, civil economist ( focusing on distribution) and I was a licensed commercial real estate agent. Among other things, as a consultant architect, I coordinated the construction of 4 suburbs to the capital of Sweden, and served some time as project manager for what was said to be the biggest separate building in the world, Huddinge Hospital. As a CEO, I run an architect design office in Sweden, with 4 offices and 240 employees. I have been around as an international broker and business consultant within trade and commerce since 1975, procuring and negotiating transactions of real estate, second hand industries - power plants, project finance, currencies, different commodities, like oil, precious metals and stones, etc. For many years I was an adviser to the Russian ( under Jeltsin) , the Turkish and Saudi Arabian governments for the development of their economy and industries ( oil) . My German partner and I have currently been assigned by the Angolan Government and Diamond Industry ( Endiama) to manage and supervise a lot of their future, major infra structure projects ( at an estimated cost of 25 Billion USD in 20 years) like houses, highways, power plants and water supply. I mainly serve as an adviser in this respect. I have to add that 1970-1985 I introduced the newly born Hang Gliding Sport to the Scandinavian market, and I arranged the sport in accordance with Swedish aeronautical rules and regulations, and I have teached som 400 people to fly those crafts.
